Whether you’re training for your first race or want to make running part of your healthy lifestyle, we can help you get started. Just because you’re a novice runner doesn’t mean you can’t train like a pro. Our training programs are tailored to help you maximize your runs and improve your times while avoiding injury and giving your body the proper conditioning to run a race.

Starting a running program does not have to be intimidating, especially if you have the proper tools to be successful. Based on your questionnaire answers we will provide you with an individualized plan of how much, how often, and what types of workouts you should be executing.

Our coaches are knowledgeable and experienced. They have helped non-runners of all ages transition from walkers, to runners, to race winners! We are here to motivate you, guide you and answer any and all questions you may have. Whether it’s what gear to buy or how to properly fuel your body, we’ve got the answers.

If you follow our detailed plan and stick to it, you will be successfully crossing the finish line in no time! It’s that simple!

The Running Program is billed on a monthly recurring schedule: $39.99 for Members; $59.99 for Non-Members. The initial commitment is 90 days, but you can cancel anytime after that with a 30-day written notice. An assessment, including a Functional Movement Screen, is required prior to participation. In addition to our questionnaire, the assessment ensures safe and effective programming. Masters

As you get older and the miles start to add up, it becomes vital to train your body to capitalize on every breath and every step that you take. This means engaging in a training program that will push your body to its limit while also taking into account the adjustments that are necessary for continued success.

Collectively, our coaches have the knowledge, expertise and personal experience needed to provide you with highly specialized and customized training that is unique to your body’s requirements.

Advanced

It is important to understand that “advanced” does not mean fast, it means that you have been running and following a structured training program for a substantial amount of time.

As a runner who currently follows a more structured plan, you are already closer to your potential than those who go out for a few easy runs every week.  There are many things that our coaches can provide you that may be missing from your training program.  To improve, you need to start adjusting your training and let us help you get to the next level. We will help you to not only run faster, but avoid injury and learn more about your training.

It is very challenging for a runner who is coaching themselves to stay focused on all aspects of training. It is our job to keep you focused while motivating you to reach your ultimate goals. We not only provide you  with the most state-of-the-art and current training theories, but also offer the invaluable knowledge that can only come from first-hand experience.
