Monday – 6 AM, 1 PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM

Tuesday -5:30 PM

Wednesday - 6 AM, 1 PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM

Thursday – 5:30 PM

Friday - 6 AM, 1 PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM

Weekend Classes:

Saturday at 10 AM or Sunday at 10AM
